Form Cues

Lie down on a bench, belly facing down with the head sticking out at one end

Optional: Place a weight plate in front of you with a rolled towel

Place the plate on the back of your head, using the rolled towel as cushioning

Hold the weight with one or both hands to secure it in place

Start extending the neck to lift the head up, squeeze at the top
-
Slowly lower the head back down, securing the weight in place

Only go as high and low as you are comfortable in your neck

Look up slightly at the top, but avoid overextending the neck
