Form Cues
-
Attach an ankle strap to a low cable pulley and secure it around the ankle of the working leg.

Stand sideways to the cable machine so the working leg is closest to the pulley.

Hold onto the frame for balance with the hand furthest from the machine.

Start with the working leg pulled out to the side by the cable (slight stretch on the inner thigh).

Sweep the working leg across your body in front of the standing leg, squeezing the inner thigh.

Hold the end position for a second and control the return to the start.

Keep your torso upright and hips facing forward — do not rotate.

Complete all reps on one side before switching.
