Form Cues

  • Focus on controlled forearm supination — rotating the palm to face upward

  • Begin each movement from a neutral or slightly pronated position

  • Move slowly through the full available range of supination

  • Keep the upper arm and elbow stable — isolate the rotation to the forearm

  • Avoid compensating with shoulder rotation or wrist flexion/extension

  • For passive stretches, apply gentle, sustained pressure at end range

  • For active exercises, control both the lifting and lowering phases equally
