Cat Wrist Extension Stretch Supinated

Form Cues

  • Get on all fours in a tabletop position with your knees under your hips

  • Turn your hands so that your fingers point toward your knees with palms facing up (supinated)

  • Place the backs of your hands flat on the ground

  • Slowly shift your weight backward toward your heels to increase the stretch on the wrist extensors

  • Keep your arms straight and avoid lifting the backs of your hands off the floor

  • Hold the stretch at a comfortable intensity for the prescribed time

  • Breathe deeply and relax into the position
