Get on all fours in a tabletop position with your knees under your hips

Turn your hands so that your fingers point toward your knees with palms facing up (supinated)

Place the backs of your hands flat on the ground

Slowly shift your weight backward toward your heels to increase the stretch on the wrist extensors

Keep your arms straight and avoid lifting the backs of your hands off the floor

Hold the stretch at a comfortable intensity for the prescribed time

Breathe deeply and relax into the position
