Form Cues

  • Stand hip-width apart, one foot slightly ahead for stability

  • Hold the cable handle with an underhand grip, palms facing up

  • Keep your back straight, chest up, and core braced

  • Pin your elbows to your sides throughout the entire movement

  • Curl the handle up toward your shoulders, contracting the biceps

  • Squeeze at the top, then lower slowly with control

  • Fully extend your arms at the bottom, taking advantage of the constant cable tension

  • Keep your wrists straight and avoid leaning back or arching your spine
