Stand hip-width apart, one foot slightly ahead for stability

Hold the cable handle with an underhand grip, palms facing up

Keep your back straight, chest up, and core braced

Pin your elbows to your sides throughout the entire movement

Curl the handle up toward your shoulders, contracting the biceps

Squeeze at the top, then lower slowly with control

Fully extend your arms at the bottom, taking advantage of the constant cable tension

Keep your wrists straight and avoid leaning back or arching your spine
