Form Cues

Adjust the machine so that the pad is resting on the back of your ankles

Sit up straight with your back against the seat

Keep your knees together and your feet pointed for less calf engagement

Slowly curl your legs towards your body, squeezing your hamstrings

Pause at the top of the motion and slowly lower back down

Avoid using momentum or swinging your legs
