Form Cues

  • Adjust the machine so that the pad is resting on the back of your ankles

  • Sit up straight with your back against the seat

  • Keep your knees together and your feet pointed for less calf engagement

  • Slowly curl your legs towards your body, squeezing your hamstrings

  • Pause at the top of the motion and slowly lower back down

  • Avoid using momentum or swinging your legs
