Form Cues

  • Sit on a bench or chair with your feet flat on the floor, knees bent at 90 degrees

  • Hang a kettlebell from the top of your foot by hooking the handle over your toes

  • Keep your heel firmly on the ground throughout the movement

  • Lift your toes and the kettlebell up toward your shin (dorsiflexion)

  • Squeeze the tibialis at the top of the movement for a moment

  • Lower your foot back down slowly with control

  • Keep the movement smooth — avoid letting the kettlebell swing
