Form Cues

Sit on a bench or chair with your feet flat on the floor, knees bent at 90 degrees

Hang a kettlebell from the top of your foot by hooking the handle over your toes

Keep your heel firmly on the ground throughout the movement

Lift your toes and the kettlebell up toward your shin (dorsiflexion)

Squeeze the tibialis at the top of the movement for a moment

Lower your foot back down slowly with control

Keep the movement smooth — avoid letting the kettlebell swing
