Reverse Step Up

Form Cues

Stand on a box or elevated platform with one foot near the edge

Step backward off the box with the other foot, lowering it toward the ground

Keep your torso upright and core braced throughout

Lower slowly until the rear foot gently touches the ground

Drive through the heel of the working leg on the box to come back up

Avoid pushing off with the rear foot — the working leg does all the work

Keep the working knee aligned over the ankle
-
Complete all reps on one side before switching
