Form Cues

Lie face down on the machine and position the ankle pad just above your heels

Adjust the machine so your knees are just past the edge of the bench

Keep your hips pressed firmly into the pad throughout — don't let them rise

Curl your heels toward your glutes by contracting your hamstrings

Squeeze at the top for a moment, then lower slowly with control

Avoid jerking or using momentum to swing the weight up

Point your toes slightly to reduce calf involvement
