Form Cues

Sit in the hip thrust machine and rest your upper back against the back pad

Place the feet hip wide on the foot plate

Position the hip pad securely over your hip crease

Drive through your heels and raise the hips until fully extended

If needed adjust foot position at the top of the first rep

Avoid overarching the spine, instead squeeze the glutes at the top
-
Keep your chin slightly tucked and look forward throughout
