Form Cues
-
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and facing the cable machine

Attach the ankle cuff to the cable and secure it around your ankle

Keep your core engaged and your back straight

Lift your leg out to the side, keeping it straight
-
Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement
-
Slowly lower your leg back down to the starting position
-
Don’t forget to train the other side
