Cross Cable Abduction

Form Cues

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and facing the cable machine

  • Attach the ankle cuff to the cable and secure it around your ankle

  • Keep your core engaged and your back straight

  • Lift your leg out to the side, keeping it straight

  • Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement

  • Slowly lower your leg back down to the starting position

  • Don’t forget to train the other side
