  • Stand with a slight forward lean, feet shoulder-width apart

  • Keep your core tight to maintain a stable torso throughout

  • Pin your upper arms to your sides — only the forearms move

  • Keep your elbows close to your body throughout the movement

  • Fully extend and lock out at the bottom, squeezing the triceps hard

  • Control the return slowly — don't let the cable snap back

  • Keep your wrists neutral and straight
