Form Cues

Lie on your side with your legs straight and stacked on top of each other

Push yourself up on your elbow and forearm

Keep your core engaged

Lift your top leg up towards the ceiling, keeping it straight

At the some time, lift your hip up sideways

Squeeze your glutes at the top of the motion

Lower your leg and hip back down slowly and with control

Repeat on the other side as the next set
