Form Cues

Sit in the calf raise machine, place the feet on the balls, toes pointing forward

Feel free to try to turn out or turn in the feet slightly if this allows a better contraction in the calves

Lift the knees via raising the heels, pressing the thighs in to the load pad

Avoid lifting the knees using yur hip flexors, keep all the tension in the calves
-
Slowly control the eccentrics, add a brief pause at the top to squeeze for a full second
