Form Cues

  • Sit in the machine

  • Adjust the pads to a comfortable position

  • Grab the handles so that your torso is secured in place

  • Use the hand lever to set the legs into the right position.

  • Drive the legs together by contracting the adductors and inner thighs

  • Keep the shins vertical

  • Avoid rounding the spine to compensate

  • Don’t push with the feet
