Form Cues

  • Stand in a short split stance for more stability

  • Keep your back mostly straight, try to avoid rounding it excessively

  • Keep your elbows close to your body

  • Row the weight up and keep your upper arm parallel to the ground

  • Extend your elbow all the way up, focusing on the triceps contraction at the top

  • Don’t let the shoulders shrug toward the ears

  • Avoid swinging the weight
