Form Cues

  • Retract shoulder blades actively into bench

  • Make sure to use reasonable decline of 15°-30°

  • Lower dumbbells to the side of the chest

  • Keep forearms vertical the whole time

  • Dumbbells are less stable than a barbell, move them slowly and control them the whole time
