Form Cues

  • Kneel in front of a bench, grabbing one dumbbell

  • Place your forearm on your bench with the sticking out at one end of the bench

  • Hold the dumbbell with the palm facing downward

  • Start to flex the wrist by lowering the weight, then extend it back up into full wrist extension

  • Make sure to focus on the outer forearm contraction of the extensors
