Form Cues

Kneel in front of a bench, grabbing one dumbbell

Place your forearm on your bench with the sticking out at one end of the bench

Hold the dumbbell with the palm facing downward

Start to flex the wrist by lowering the weight, then extend it back up into full wrist extension

Make sure to focus on the outer forearm contraction of the extensors
